This two-story home, built in 1834, boasts four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 12 overnight guests, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy your weekend.
The Homestead can be added on for your wedding party or for out of town guests.

Friday - Sunday
Relax, it’s your wedding weekend! From setting up, to rehearsal/dinner, to clean up on Sunday… you’ve got all the time to relax and enjoy your special event! This is a two night stay in the BUNKHOUSE AND a two night stay in our 4 bedroom, 3 bath HOMESTEAD! Pick any 5 hours on Friday between 1pm -9pm for setup, rehearsal/rehearsal dinner. All guests not spending the night must be gone by 9pm. Saturday is a 7 hour event, (when guests are on the premises,) and all wedding receptions must be cleaned up by 11pm. The Newly Weds get the Bunkhouse to themselves Saturday night and the bridal party/family have the Homestead. You don’t have to be out until 11am Sunday morning. Enjoy the weekend all in one place!

Prep shed as a work space for your caterer including two fridges, a freezer, sink and counter space. (All cooking must be done offsite.)

How To Reserve Your Date:
Schedule a tour of the barn, and if you decide it is the place for your special day:Let us know and we will send you an online contract to sign.Submit the First Payment - $1500 (non-refundable) - (PayPal, Venmo, check or Cash. Credit Card - add 3.5%)First Payment is applied to your event cost. Balance is paid in 3 installments, last one due 30 days before event.Ceremony Only deposit is $500 with balance due on your wedding day.
Important Items To Know:
Maximum 7 Hr. Event- For Weekend Events, Last Song/DJ must stop 7 hours (max) from the time of your ceremony.Events MUST conclude by 10:30PM- To allow time for you to thank your guests, clear all tables of drinks/trash and move cake and leftover food to the Bunkhouse area. All non-lodging guests will need to leave no later than 10:30PM. Lodging guests and designated clean-up helpers have until 11PM to complete the required cleaning.All Events are REQUIRED to obtain an Event Insurance Policy for event day.
